1. Driver requirements
Minimum driver age: 21 years (25 for premium vehicles)
Valid driver's license required (held for at least 12 months)
Additional drivers must be declared and authorized
2. Rental duration
Minimum rental period: 1 hour
Daily rentals are based on 24-hour periods
Late returns may incur additional charges
3. Payment & deposit
Payment must be made in full before rental starts
A security deposit is required
Deposits are refundable upon vehicle return without damage
4. Cancellations & changes
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
Date and time changes are subject to availability
